Digital Products

All products sold on Pocket Minis are digital downloads. Upon completing your purchase you will receive an email with a download link. Files are delivered in PDF format, designed for home printing on A4 paper.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at hello@pocketminis.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Licence & Usage

All Pocket Minis products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print as many copies as you need for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files with others.

Privacy Policy

Pocket Minis is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

What we collect

We collect your name, email address, and purchase history when you create an account or make a purchase. If you sign up for our mailing list, we store your email address. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

How we use your data

We use your information to deliver your orders, provide access to your purchase history, send order confirmations and download links, and occasionally notify you of new products. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to process payments (Stripe) and send emails (Resend).

Account data

If you create an account, your authentication details are managed securely by Clerk. We store your email address and order history in our database to provide you with access to past purchases and downloads. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data breaches

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@pocketminis.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
